Pebblechest respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our marketplace infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice. We may remove or disable access to the content and notify the uploader.

How to submit a notice

Send an email to thomas@pebblechest.com with the information below:

• Your full name and contact information (email, phone if available).
• A description of the copyrighted work you own.
• The exact URL(s) where the infringing content appears.
• A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:

• Your name and contact details.
• The URL(s) or identifiers for the removed content.
• A statement that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
• Any supporting evidence (license, permission, or original files).

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or receive valid notices.

Misuse

Submitting false or misleading notices may result in liability. Please ensure your claim is accurate before submitting.
