Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for digital assets and subscriptions on Pebblechest.

Digital asset purchases

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once the asset is downloaded or accessed, except where required by law. We may issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.
  • You never received access to the asset due to a technical issue.
  • The asset is materially different from its description or is corrupted.
  • The purchase was unauthorized and you notify us promptly.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include your order details and a brief explanation.

EU/EEA/UK withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content that has not yet been delivered. By checking the box at checkout, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once the download starts (where applicable).

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future charges. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or in cases of billing error.

How to request a refund

Email thomas@pebblechest.com with your order ID, the asset name, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to investigate.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you file a chargeback without contacting support first, we may suspend your account and revoke access to purchased assets while the dispute is resolved.

Creator impact

Refunds and chargebacks reduce creator earnings. If a refund is granted, the creator payout is adjusted accordingly.
