Creator Agreement

Overview

This Creator Agreement applies when you list or sell digital assets on Pebblechest. By publishing assets, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Service.

Invite-only onboarding

Creator access is invite-only. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion and require additional verification or documentation to confirm your identity and ownership of your work.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of your assets. You grant Pebblechest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, market, and distribute your assets as needed to operate and promote the marketplace.

• You represent that you have all rights needed to upload and license your assets.
• You will not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• You will provide accurate descriptions, previews, and license terms for your assets.

License to buyers

You grant buyers a non-exclusive license to use your assets in their own projects. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense assets as standalone files. If you include additional license terms on your listing, they must be consistent with this agreement.

Pricing, promotions, and availability

You control your pricing and decide whether assets are available for one-time purchase or subscriptions. We may run marketplace-wide promotions and will notify you of any discounts that affect your assets. Your net earnings are calculated from the final sale price.

Fees, taxes, and payouts

We deduct a platform fee from each sale and pay the remainder to you. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect Express, and you must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts.

• We initiate creator payouts on a weekly schedule. Instant payouts are not available.
• Stripe or banking networks may delay payouts for compliance, risk, or processing reasons.
• You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, or forms related to your earnings.

Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Any refund, chargeback, or dispute amount may be deducted from your future payouts. If your balance becomes negative, you are responsible for covering the difference.

Takedowns and enforcement

We may remove assets or suspend accounts for policy violations or legal complaints, including copyright claims. Please review our Copyright Policy for details.

Termination

You may stop selling at any time by removing your listings. We may suspend or terminate creator access if you violate these terms or the Terms of Service. Buyer licenses granted before removal remain in effect.

Relationship

You are an independent creator and not an employee, partner, or agent of Pebblechest .

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark . Disputes will be handled in Danish courts .
